Built for programmes that reorder
Much of this work runs on existing tooling, which is where the shortest lead times live — roughly two weeks for mill-finish profiles when the die already exists. That makes it practical to hold less inventory without exposing your own customers to delay.
Where a programme grows into its own section, we develop the die and then treat it as a standing product: same press, same alloy, same tolerances on every release. Typical minimums fall between 500 and 1,000 kg depending on how heavy the profile is.
A distribution profile has to be identical on the tenth reorder, not just the first.
